Terri Lecamp

Overland Advantage Board Member & Managing Partner at Independence Point Advisors

Terri serves as Managing Partner at Independence Point Advisors, an investment bank and strategic advisory firm, since 2021. Prior to joining Independence Point Advisors, Ms. Lecamp was a co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer at Melody Capital Partners, LP and its affiliated investment adviser Melody Capital Management between 2013 and 2022. Ms. Lecamp also founded Advisor Services Group in 2018, which provides consulting, back-office support and technology solutions to complex alternative investment managers. In 2004, Ms. Lecamp was a founding partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Plainfield Asset Management where she was responsible for all non-investment functions and supported the firm’s significant growth trajectory. Ms. Lecamp began her career at Salomon Brothers in 1987. She earned a B.A. from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
